My brother's favorite pillow, he's resting in peace now. I accidentally left it in a hotel room on the bed, one of the maids took it away thinking we had one too many of the hotel's pillows. When we got back to the room, I cried, yelled, and had a emper tantrum, but there was nothing they could do for me, it was gone. Maybe it was good for me somehow to be parted from it so I could move on and away from my long period of mourning.

I still remember the exact moment I found out the place I loved working hired a new graduate for more money than I made after being there 8 years. I lost my faith in them and quit shortly thereafter. Later, they lost a LOT of my money I had put into their retirement plan due to poor investment choices. That just made me almost sick. All that time, for nothing.

A hair band when I was about 5. It had strawberries on it that you could move around the band. I cried and cried when I lost that. Shallow I know but I was only 5! I'd love to know where that went to this day.
Other than that I don't think I've lost a lot that I regret... the ususal like leaving umbrella/gloves on the bus... nothing really!

I'm sorry about your mother's ring...I did something stupid with my grandmother's ring a long time ago and I still have a lot of guilt. I can only say that there are many ways to keep your mother's memory alive to your son when he gets older..never stop telling stories he will remember them.

The use of my right wrist. I broke it one day and it was missdiagonsed as a sprain. Lots of problems ensued. I have hade four surgeries now to repair it. I have had to relearn how to do everything left handed, write, throw, golf...
My fingers work fine, but I can't support any weight with my wrist. This is the worst thing I have ever lost.

I lost two, not just one, wedding rings. It happened during a period when I was very very sick and it's disappeared completely. I suffered from severe memory loss during this time. When I lost the first, my hubby got another made (exact duplicate) but after I lost this one too, he just got me a replacement generic band... he promises he'll make me another duplicate of our original rings once I'm feeling better and can keep better track of things.

My spirit , will and part of my heart, to be who I am. When I was small I was always intuitive and observant of things that would tend to be overlooked by many. These very subtle perceptions in which I am able to observe helped shape me inwards to be self sufficient while simultaneously outwardly to become unattached. I tend to try to please others to help them see that the world is like a giant family and that without everyone's participation and co-operation we will always be dysfunctional.
Instead of being cool calm unique and organized team of individuals strengthening and pushing each other, we've glorified all those things in us that we dislike and have become ignorant of virtues, morals, and principles in which every strong family needs to be their best.
Now I ask where is my family? Who are they? and Where are they?
For if they do not stand then how is it that i can see them through the fields of men. so i have chosen to collect those who are like- minded in heart , body , and spirit and those who are not my pity is yours.

I made the mistake of locking an expensive camera in my checked luggage. It got stolen from my luggage. The ironic part is I only locked it in my luggage so I wouldn't forget and leave it on the plane, like I did with another camera just a year previous.
So, two cameras.
