10 - 6x > 4x -5
10 + 5 > 4x + 6x
15 > 10x
15/10 > x
1.5 > x
x < 1.5

first solve for 10 - 6x = 4x - 5
so get the x to one side.
Add 6x to both sides gives
10 - 6x + 6x = 4x + 6x - 5
so get
10 = 10x - 5
Now get numbers to one side
10 + 5 = 10x - 5 + 5
therefore 15 = 10x
Now divide both sides by 10 gives
x = 1.5
This solves for when it equals one another so now test 1 and 3

For 1 get 4 > -1
For 3 get -18 > 7
so it solves for 1 so final answer is x < 1.5

10 - 6x > 4x - 5
10 - 6x + 6x > 4x + 6x -5 ( add 6x in both side)
10 + 5 > 10x - 5+ 5 (add 5 in both side)
15 > 10x
15/10 > 10x/10 (mulltiply with 1/10 in both side)
3/2 > x
x < 3/2 (fraction) or x<1.5 (in desimal)
Ans: x < 3/2 or x < 1.5

10-6x>4x-5
10+5>4x+6x
15>10x
5*3>5*2x
so ... 5 is common in both side of un-equation so we can remove it from both side !
3>2x
2*1.5>2*x
For the same reason as up we can remove 2 , cuz it`s common in both side !
So .... We will have 1.5>x or X > 1.5 so we will have all the Xs are smaller that 1.5 as the answer package for this un-equation !

And you see no need to mutiply 10 in both sides at final level !

first move all the x-terms to one side of the inequality...

10-6x > 4x-5 (add 6x to both sides)
10 > 4x-5+6x

move the integers all to one side

10 > 4x-5+6x (add 5 to both sides)
10+5 > 4x+6x (simplify)
15 > 10x

solve for x

15 > 10x (divide both sides by 10)
1.5 > x

10 - 6x > 4x - 5

10 + 5 > 4x + 6x

10x < 15

x < 3/2

this is just basic algebra
10-6x>4x-5
indicates that:10>4x-5+6x
therefore:10+5>4x+6x
so:10x<15(brought x to the left hand side)
that means:x<15/10
therefore:x<1.5/ans

You can treat thia inequality like an equation so we can say

10 - 6x > 4x - 5
Add 6x to both sides to get
10 > 10x - 5
Add 5 to both sides to get
15 > 10x
Divide both sides by ten
1.5 > x

Hope this helps

10-6x>4x-5
15>10x (adding 6x to both sides)
1.5>x (dividing both sides by 10)
x<1.5 (reversing the statement so x on left)

10-6x>4x-5
+5 +5 (cancel out the 5)
15-6x>4x
+6x +6x
15>10x
Divide both sides by 10(easy way to do it, move the decimal)
1.5>x or x<1.5
