Not only lesbians like strap-on sex.
Those that do, it's often within a role-playing 'scene'. Lesbians have very varied and exciting sex lives - they do lots of things that straight people don't do - they use wit and inventiveness in the bedroom and where ever else they are. Many straight people see sex as all about dont - don't do anal, don't use toys, don't use strap-ons...it's so boring.
I know a number of straight men who would like their partners to use a strap-on on them. It's nothing to do with wanting a penis. Are some people so stupid that they have not yet grasped that lesbians are women who want to be with women?
Penetration does not bring orgasm - ask any woman (lesbian or straight).
