if he really loved you in the meaning of what believe love to be... he would do whatever it took to be with you - that is my belief. And if he doesn't do that, then he never really loved you at all.

Have you ever thought that maybe he's using you for what you can give him and that he's just saying that to keep you happy and won't stop the ends/funds. Don't keep your heart out there, he may just end up breaking it and then you may not be able to see your true love looking back at you. Step back and let him make the first move but I wouldn't wait too long. You can do better......

Know that their is a reason for this.
He says he Loves you, and you said you love Him but he does not want to be with you. I saw Others responses to this question do not Listen to them. before you assume things Understand why he doesnt want to be with you. their May be something going on in his life that keeps him from being with you.
It is said in the Bible, do not assume things, and it also says seek truth and understanding. seek your anwser of which you seek go forth to this guy, and comfront him about your feelings.

because he wants to be free to mess around with others and hes just not ready yet respect him for saying he loves u but just dont want to be with u now hes saying he doesnt want to hurt u by getting together he may cheat on u so give him time

HE'S OBVIOUSLY JUST SAYING THAT SO HE CAN HAVE YOU IN THE SIDE..HE'S NOT SURE IF HE WANTS TO BE WITH ANYONE YET BUT HE SAYS HE LOVES YOU SO YOU CAN WAIT. maybe hes just scared of `commitment...most men are anyway and i really don't think he loves you or else he wouldn't be doing this to you...there's always that slight possibility that maybe hes jut confused...
