Fashion is dictated by a bunch of queers in Europe, mainly France, for money. It changes constantly so the girls will have to buy something new with each season.

No, women have a choice as to what they want to wear. Some choose to dress in a way that may seem exploitative to you but that is their choice. Most women dress in a way that makes them comfortable.
