why do bodies bloat and explose when heat hits them when there in a wall in a mauseloum?

Gas expands with heat.
Dried bodies cannot flex so they crack open.

Bloating is caused by the gasses released by bacteria, and they don't really 'explode', they just expand until the skin splits and the gasses escape.
