Any one else out there a fan of James Hadley Chase, the deceased British mystery writer? He was great to read.

Chase never really visited or stayed in the US---yet all his books are about cities and people of US--he wrote around the 60's and 70's. He had a gripping style of writing and I would highly recommend, if you can find his books, go read them. My particular favorite---No Orchids for Miss Blandish.
