Well some people just don't know how to put on fake tans because all they are worried about is not tanning in the sun because they don't want to get cancer. Also some just wants to be accepted by a certain crowd so they try to be cool by changing they're skin tone. It's ok, alot of people do it, it just takes practice!

Most of the time, its because its cheap, but sometimes its because the people arent that qualified.
