all of them look to have problems and are a p in the rear. some have been praising means DVD, these days. i be attentive to i myself do in comparison to Nero. check out Clone DVD. it is super for purely copying any DVD. the proper situation for video clips, for my area, is putting a dvd recorder and espresso value dvd participant in tandem with svhs cables. So I pay attention.

could be your dvd player, some can't play burnt dvds. also if you use nero, you have to go to recode dvd/video and import it from whatever folder it's in on your computer....oh yeah, also you can download programs such as dvd shrink and dvd decrypter for free. just google them. run your movies through those programs, then nero.

Did you actually convert the movies to DVD format, or just burn the files on a disk? DVDs have a specific format, with data in folders called things like VIDEO_TS.

While burning a dvd, try using a decoder first. Or at least that works when you copy the movie straight from the disc itself.
