well when im upset i just think about how good i have it. Think about the starving childeren, the soldiers out there in war, think about everything you have that you take for granted. Just sit back and look around your home and realize that you dont have it so bad and whatever is bothering you is nothing compared to what some people have to deal with every day. Cheer up :)

I dont know your situation but if your spending a lot of time indoors (thats what some people tend to do when they feel down) I would suggest that you break through that feeling and get out and go for a walk, maybe near some water if thats possible.

Go out, look out for your friends, walk, talk don´t stay in the place where you feel sad, go out, you can find something interesting out side, enjoy the sun, the clouds.. try to think how wonderful is the world and all the things you can do for it and for your self.

I like to bury myself into a project or drawing, but in lue of that, you could always go out with a friend or watch a good movie!

Why are you feeling down? we choose what we think. We have to think about what we are thinking. Just pray to God and ask him to help you have positive thoughts! We are all humans and some days arn't good for us. Thinking positive could get us really fair!

well, your alive! try to think of things differently. there's always something to be happy about. think of something you'd most like to do, and then go make it happen. that could be as little as looking forward to sending an old friend an email, or making your favorite food when you get home. treat yourself!
