You'll probably have to make do with a junkyard, the dealerships won't have 19-year-old parts. At this point, it may not be a bad idea to peruse for purchase from someone's junker.
There may be a compatible part and a more recent model, or you might want to try to replace both headlight assemblies with a more modern equivalent.

Are those the cars that are based on a Chevy Cavelier? If so, some of those parts may transfer over.

my boyfriend went to a junk yard with old cars and got a left headlight and a hood for his car. maybe try a junk yard?
