First off I want to let you know that I like Star myself but to answer your question she started losing all this weight and on the view she made it look like that she was exercising all the time ( which she probably was) but it looked like that was the only thing she did. In reality she really had gastric bypass surgery. Never talked about it and denied it when asked. so now she goes and get a new set of breast and has NO problem letting people know about it. so everyone is upset with her because why can't she just admit that she had gastric bypass.

It's not something specific that she did, it's more how she comes across as a personality. Or maybe I should say lack of one. I think she's the least down to earth of the View women. There are many times when all the women are laughing and relaxed and she sits there stiffly with a stern look on her face. Maybe it's the fact that she's a lawyer but this also makes her seem like a know it all because she too often finds it necessary to remind everyone that she is a lawyer. Really smart people don't need to keep reminding everyone. She is also thought of as shallow because of her obssession with her body, clothes, and shoes, and thus very high maintainance. But when she had a chance to help other people lose weight, she refused to share the secret of her weight loss which I think is ridiculous and petty. She cited privacy and not wanting to influence people! How can this be taken seriously after the public spectacle she made of herself planning her own wedding on TV?! To make it even more silly, it's somewhat obvious the woman had her stomach stapled or whatever they do and to still refuse to acknowledge it just makes her look either like a b*tch or an idiot. I don't know which is worse.

I don't know; I like Star Jones personally. I don't agree with her all the time, but I do like her a lot. It might be that she made SUCH a big deal over getting married, and some people are just jealous that she found someone who loves her for herself, and that she could afford to have a big blow-out wedding. I'm just happy that she is happy.

Sometimes she can come across really snobby. Also, when she was planning her wedding, she kept bringing up the fact that she was engaged and finally getting married.
