It never hurts to say hello. If he blows you off, then is he worth trying for? Go on and say hello, work on building a friendship. Nothing can happen between you romantiacally for some time, but you can always become friends. The law doesn't care how mature you are, you're still 16 and he's 25 (ish) so he won't see you as datable until you18, but friends have no bounds. In the meantime, keep checking him out and look for boys more your age

I think you would be putting him in a bad situation. Your only 16 there could be issues with that. I was 16 once and I remember how hard it was to be interested in guys closer to your own age. but going for a guy who's so much older than you could bring about issues. Your still in HS and he's probably working for a living regardless of the things you might have in common there will be lots of stuff you two won't relate to. Your young deal with people your own age or just slightly older. You've probably heard that for many people but enjoy being young and don't rush into being an adult, be a teen. He may be really hot but there are lots of cute guys out there, Talk to him why not but don't expect a date or anything.

The guy is 25, I can see that you are attracted to him and you feel insecure about approaching him. Ask yourself this: I'm I missing my father figure here? Most young girls are attracted to older guys because daddy was not never home and they are still searching for a daddy-love figure and more.
Are you sure you want to get into a relationship with a guy who will want sex from you Because that is the first thing on his mind if he shows you interest. On the other hand if you are not a virgin and if you want casual sex , don't give it to him easily. It is best to take your time with this guy and remember , only you know what is right for you and when the time is right.

To be honest with you and knowing how guys are, I would seriously just consider admiring this guy from afar. Chances are if you do approach him he may just want to "play the game." That is he may play with your heart just to try to get a little! Remember, he is older and there are many places that he may like to go but, you are too young to go with him! So, if you were to date then just think about who he may take to clubs, etc. instead of you! I think you would be better off staying within your own age group at least until you are of legal age for many reasons! I hope this helped. Trust me I have seen this happen all the time! Take Care! And just enjoy life! ^i^

sweetie, Listen to me carefully, Please slow down. You are not ready to deal with a grown man just yet. Please date boys your age or at least 1 year older. First of all, it's against the law, no grown man wants to be seen with a very young girl. take your time and live your life. Once you get old it'll be too late. grown men have grown desires and i know you are not ready for all that comes with a complex relationship with a man. Please, for your sake, slow down!! You can end up with a baby,AIDS,HERPES OR even just regrets. save yourself the heartache and learn to love yourself without the need of someone else loving you.
I mean it, i know i don't know you, but I've been there and in the end you will be humiliated and i want to prevent that.
Hope that helped,Sweetie.
From your unknown Big Sister

If he is any sort of man then he should't be interested in 16 year olds at his age. If he does show an interest then don't trust him because he obviously has a skewed perspective on relationships.

Not only should he blow you off, but he should stay away from you. That could land him in jail, statutory rape dear. Find someone your own age.
