I type in the keywords in the search, and it shows up very high in Google, but in Yahoo it doesn't show up at all. Even when I type in the domain name it says it isn't found. What is wrong with yahoo?

Submit the site...
My issue is the opposite my site shows up #1 on Yahoo, but #5 on Google...

Sites have to be manually submitted to Yahoo. Once they are submitted, they are only included in the Yahoo index if they are approved. It can take up to 2 months before the site is added to the directory, providing it is accepted at all.

You must submit your site to search engines
BUT
If you wana be at the top position you must pay for placement

I am guessing it is how they search I'd try putting more hit words on there
