Due to the fact that North America is the last continent to have been explored and developed in the modern world, it is difficult to find similarities in other countries, to the U.S. Many other countries have traditions and customs that go back many centuries.. IE: although there are similarities with westernized countries like Great Britain, think about the fact that they drive on the left side of the road. A small, but significant difference.

First off canada isnt like America just because its close to us, They have a differnt form of government, They speak French and English, They have a differnt form of Health Care and thier drinking age is differnt from ours..just to name a few changes...There is no real way to define that question because we are a very rare country with a wide mix of people from Differnt cultures..you could say Japan in some sences but they are primarily made up of just japanese culture....I think America is one of a Kind.
