If you mean to root for Argentina (which I heartily support!), you may choose to say:
"Dale, Argentina, Dale!" (The word is pronounced DAH-lay)
This means something like "give it to them", but is the usual cheer in Argentina.

Sorry Yahoo! but if you go to Google home page, to the right of the "I'm feeling lucky" button is a "Language Tools" link. Click on this and you can type in lots of phrases and have it translate it for you into many different languages.
Caution: Don't type in whole paragraphs just short phrases, it does a literal translation and doesn't always make sense in paragraphs.
