Eat as much hamburger,steak,chicken,beef as you can and any other type of meat and do 20 to 40 situps per day.Also eat a lot of vegatables,drink as much milk as you can and eat a lot of bread and seafood.This diet is excellent for having a six pack or for just daily living.Don't for get to do the situps daily though.

Go to your local grocery store and pick one up. lol. just kidding. Besides situps, I've heard sprinting helps you to get "cut up". If you go to a gym, they have weighttraining equipment for the stomach. Maybe you could use lighter weights and do many reps.
