It depends on your height. If you are 5'3 you can be (at highest) 135 pounds and (at lowest) 105 pounds. It changes depending on your height, but that can give you a general picture. Also, get your BMI at http://www.seventeen.com That is a surefire way. And ask your doctor at your next visit.

I don't think that you are too skinny, some people just have a hard time gaining weight. I have a rule with my friends, they must weigh over a hundred pounds. I had one friend who was 103 and then got sick and lost 5 pounds and tried everything she could to gain it back and eventually she decided just to eat junk food all the time...

I don't recommend this but I will say that it is perfectly fine. You probably have a high metabolism which means that you burn through energy really quickly. Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full and you should be fine, eventually your metabolism will slow down.

It just means that you have a fast metabolism. My oldest sister is 29 and she just now got up to 110, she's even had a baby! I also have a fast metabolism and I get called anorexic & bulimic alot, too. People see me eat and can't figure out how I don't gain the weight. But don't worry about it, people say to enjoy the fast metabolism while you have it because it catches up with you once you get older.

I am 22 years old and I am 5'2'' but I have always been thin, I eat a lot of food and I can't seem to gain much weight either, I have a high metabolism, maybe you have that too. I weigh only a 100 lbs. and I can't get my weight past that.

It doesn't just depend on your age. How short/tall are you? If you are short then 110 is not bad, but if you are 5'7" or taller, then that is pretty thin. Try taking vitamins if you still feel you need to gain weight.

Man sure wish I had that problem!!lol!! Well it would depend on your height. If you want to gain weight, try Ensure or a protein drink. If you are happy with the way you look, then don't worry.

You may just have a high metabolism. Have you ever asked your doctor about this? I had a friend who had a similar problem and she took medication to help her maintain a healthy weight.

Good Luck!
