Probably a couple of months ago.
I don't remember what caused it, it might have been the baby gate in front of the door. If you try to go over those things to fast...well,....you can't.

I didn't trip, but almost a month ago I wasn't paying attention when I was going down some stairs and I slipped and fell for the last two steps. Got a bad, bad sprain too!

Well, I was running up the stairs a couple of weeks ago and I was running with my thumbs up (why I couldn't tell you). I poked myself in the eye and then I tripped on the top stair because I was in pain and could not see it. That is the last time I tripped and fell. Looking back on it, it is quite hilarious.

the last time i tripped and fell was a long ago while i was going down a stair, but that's not th important part. Ask me how i fell. Well my shoe lace was untied but i didn't step on it someone else did it for me, my friend who was right beside me, some friend huh? I am married with bad luck, you don't want to know about the time my head came accross a bike pental....

Last year at a BBQ..tripped over god knows what...never found out...and fell flat on my ***.
I wasn't hurt , had a tiny scrape on my shin and almost forgot about it when 3 days later I glance at my leg and the thing was black and blue from the knee down all the way to my foot.And I am talking deep dark hematoma...no pain...
Everybody goes , OMG...you have to see a doc,that looks awful ,but I didn't go.why bother , didn't hurt.It went away after about 3 weeks.

I tripped going up some stairs in a department store earlier this week, some kids laughed at me but I walked it off like the pimpette I am :)

I tripped over the vacuum cleaner cord on my way to the computer. Then I stubbed my toe on the chair before sitting down. I'm a hazard to myself.

About 6 years ago. I slipped and went down a flight of basement stairs. I am still feeling the results of that to this day.
I am very careful now about where I put my feet, especially going down stairs.

It's been a long time...I'll write about it later, I'm going to the Home Depot and getting Freyja some hand rails for her stairs.

About 6 months ago, I fell over a chain saw and cut my foot. OUCH!!
