1. Orgy because I love them. I can't help it. Its the music of my childhood from growing up in on the rock side of the tracks from a city of concrete jungles and dirty beaches.
2. System of a Down - Toxicity
This album changed lives and is a favorite amongst people who listen to different genres. Its a music gap filler! I never met a person who did not like this album after hearing it.
3. Imogen Heap - Loose Ends
I have this fascination for great songs with awesome hooks. This has an awesome hook despite not being a rap song.

ummm,
band: O.A.R.--they are my happy music. it's impossible for me to listen to them and not be happy
album: can't remember the name, but it's a CD by dave mathew's band with only 5 songs on it...i think i got it inserted with another CD...can't remember. this whole album stayed in my car's CD player for about 5 months during a rough patch of life. those songs will always remind me of what i went through and what i overcame.
song: gray street, by DMB off that 5 song album i can't remember the name of:) b/c it is just such a souldful song that i listened to over and over during a rough patch of life.
OR, hey girl by O.A.R b/c it makes me think of my husband!!!
