Ballet, (Body Art----expressive) Tap( Musical Dance), Jazz( All three forms expressed together, and separately), I am not sure about the others. I was a dancer of these three for 15 years. Loved it.

I personally do Scottish Country Dancing, a rather obscure dance that is like square dancing only in kilts, with Highland whooping and birling( spinning really bloody fast while holding your partner's elbow. it's make for a more secure hold then just hands.) It's fun!

I don't know all of them cause there are so many, but remember The Seinfeld comedy's characater Elaine? That was not a dance form.

too many to describe. but a way to describe them all is expressive and beautiful. theyre a form of art by the body.

If u want to do dance you can join aerobic classes which willl help you to do dance very easily
