He got real drunk, took a huge dump, (I caught him). The next morning he seems embarrassed, but won't apologize OR CLEAN IT! I don't want to get near it. What now?

Call the police and file a report. He'll think twice before doing it again. If he does do it again, you will have already filed one report and the second one will put him in the position of having to go to court, which is exactly where he belongs.
He's downright disgusting.

I agree with the first two peoples answers and you should burn it on his door step or even take a **** on his lawn when he has people over and say hey neighbor just using your lawn or something.

Scoop up with very long handled shovel. Sling it over to his yard not caring where it lands or what it hits, maybe his car window, or you could call police, what he did is illegal and they would probably force him to pick it up or face charges.

Get a shovel, scoop it up and throw it on his lawn. Then hose down your shovel and your lawn.
