I use Yahoo SiteBuilder to build my website. All of it's features are very easy to use, with no prior experience needed. You can download it free , but please note: you'll need to sign up for Yahoo!'s web hosting service before you can actually publish your site. Yahoo!'s starter plan is only $8.95 a month for 2 months and then $11.95 after that. The $25 setup fee is also waived! Follow this link to the page that you can both download Yahoo! Sitebuilder and sign up for their webhosting service:

You'll love it because it is so easy to do!

Yahoo personals gives you a month free to start than I believe it is 20 dollars a month. It is a great site that is where I met my Fiance. Try it I heard eharmony is ok But I personally found that Yahoo was easier to navigate. Good luck

You hire someone that can do database-driven websites. Otherwise, don't bother.
See, this is why website engineers make good money, because you can't start websites like this without any experience whatsoever.
See how that works?

This sounds much more like a blog, but if i were you i would not limit it to that much, people dont want to be punished for signing up at your site. treat your users like kings and queens and they will keep coming back, this is why many major websites are so successfull. kinda got off topic but you are talking about a blog. a and if you are looking at making it yourself. you need to learn xhtml php css mysql.
