The baby draws its nourishment from the mother's blood. The developing fetus forms a placenta in the womb, which acts like a giant blood filter. The placenta keeps the blood cells of the mother and baby separate, while allowing oxygen and nutrients to pass through to the fetus. Blood from the placenta reaches the fetus through the umbilical cord, which enters the fetus near the stomach.

Through the umbilical tube via the placenta. The nutrients of the food you eat travel via your blood to the placenta, and gets to the baby via the umbilical tube. In the later stages of pregnancy, foeteses can also be seen opening their mouths and swallowing some of the amniotic fluid, which is essentially protein.

I'm not anything related to medicine but I'll try to answer best I can.
When you eat, the nutrients get passed on to the fetus through the umbilical chord. Everything you eat you are sharing with the fetus, which is why you should keep a good, healthy diet, without drugs or alcohol.
