There are many but there are tutorials on the Programs themselves.

turn on the Office assistant in Word, He helps sometimes if your new to the program. there is a huge help section in Word,Excel and outlook.

you should be fine. Start readin up

If you really want a tutorial www.microsoft.com would have a reliable one there for all office 2003 programs

Americans have an accent? I always though other countries had cooler accents XD I guess there's southern and boston accents. Not sure were to learn them but you could try youtube and just repeat what they say till you can pronounce things in the accent your talking about.
