I HAVE USED WASHCLOTHS SOAKED WITH VINEGAR. SMELLS GROSS BUT IT WILL HELP TAKE THE HEAT OUT OF A SUNBURN. ALSO, TRY USING A SUNBURN GEL THAT CONTAINS LIDOCAINE.

Your skin will have to heal on its own. You can use aloe vera to relieve the burn, and aspirin or ibuprofen to help with pain. You could try taking a cool bath as well; some people swear by oatmeal baths, like Aveeno.

I vote that you use Aloe Vera Gel that just comes out of the fridge...put it in the fridge for a little while and then put it on your sunburn.....and keep things like shirts off of it bc it will cause double the blistering.....keep putting lotion on it to keep it from peeling as bad.......

You can't get rid of it but you can use this stuff called Insurance, (you can get it at tanning salons) it will help take the pain away and keep you moisturized so you won't peel.

Aloe will likely ease the pain, but it will just take time for your skin to regenerate.
