I don't know of any exercise to increase breast size. Exercise develops muscles but breasts are made of fat. I would like to tell you that a very important part of living a healthy life is to accept and love the body you were born with. In a relationship, a man is much more interested in a different part of your body than your breasts anyway. You might just be a "late bloomer" and in a few years you could be in a lifelong battle to keep the fat off. Small breasted women look better in their clothes - you don't see very many models with large breasts. So be happy with your body and don't fall into the trap of thinking breast size has much to do with happiness.

You can build up your chest (pectoral) muscles and it'll give you a little more appearance of having boobs. You can generally gauge where you will fall bra size by the women in your family. If they all have big chests, odds are, you will too. If they're all small breasted, odds are, you will be too. But there's nothing you can do to make them grow bigger (don't get those lotions and pills, they won't work).

Other than that, you can't really do anything to gain boob except for gaining weight. What gives breasts their heft is adipose tissue... which, is basically fat cells.

I was 5'5" when i was 14 and I'm now 16 and 5'8"!! but it really depends on the person it sounds to me there is room for growth and you'll probably be around 5'6" 1/2 or even your goal of 5'7" a good way to tell is by looking at your parents height if one parent is tall than you will probably be tall too just don't lose hope and even if you don't grow no big deal your at a good height your at the point where you not to tall for short guys and not to short for tall guys!

Just time sweetie... don't listen to the surgery people... your not done developing and you should wait until after you're about 20-25 before you consider surgery. You have plenty of time to grow them, but until then, think about how lucky you are that you don't have two huge pains in the butt hanging from your chest! I guarantee that they really aren't all they're cracked up to be.

Time and patience. They will grow. You are young yet and have lots of time, believe me. I really didn't have boobs until I was about 16. Please don't do creams or lotions, they are all a hoax. Also you can talk to your mom, or another older women in your family and ask them how old they were when they started to develop. (it's all in the genes)
