I would try to find out the reason for the change. It could be that she feels more comfortable to "share" her innermost feelings (I hope this isn't indicative), or she couild suddenly have developed Tourette's Syndrome, ... I WOULD tell her to cool it, if I found it that bothersome (And I would!).
