Why would you want twins? I heard that twins skip a generation. If you don't have issues getting pregnant you wont be put on any medication. I never heard of the yams either that's funny :) Best of luck to you! :)

I think being white would help your chances.
but I'm a twin too.
I'd say this twin thingy has never been studied, -other than that for races and stuff. And changing your diet would be totally off the wall.
-nothing you can do about, - don't even worry about it.

It's prolly a big myth! The only way to have twins is, the gene is in the man's DNA, or whatever it's called, and if twins "run" in his family. I doubt any kind of food has anything to do with it.

Never heard of it. As far as I know there is no way to increase your chances short of using fertility drugs.
