Well, it is possible... if you're tied up like Hannibal Lecter and never see your spouse. I know some people aren't fans of intimacy, but I don't think I've ever encountered anyone who was entirely asexual, and doubt such a being could exist. Beyond that, one of the main points of being married is to be intimate with your spouse and have sex. Even in the Bible, it says that husbands and wives should engage in sex often, only "taking a break from it" for a time of deep reflection and prayer, but not too long. I don't know where your question is coming from (whether it's merely hypotheical, it's a claim someone made, etc) but unless you literally never see your spouse I think staying a virgin through 20 years of marriage is pretty nonsensical. Blessings,

Brian

Possible ... he doesn't find you attracted enough to sleep with you, but just using you to get himself a title "I'm married", so he can go around to get other women, the type of single women who don't like commitment and rather have "bootie calls" with only married men .... And the best part is you are okay with that too ... (j/k).

yes, all that has to happen is that you married while still a virgin and your husband dies before you had a chance to have sex and you never hook up with anybody else, then 20 years later hey your still a virgin, but who would want that.

Are you considered married if you have never consummated it? Couldn't it be annulled?

Anna Nicole Smith probably had this plan in mind lol

no because your husband would go nuts and either cheat on you or look for someone to share sexual feelings with..people should get married because they love each other, sex is a very important part of marraige...hence the term
":making love"

Yes. Just because you get married doesn't mean you HAVE to have sex.
