It is very possible to know everything, it's just not within our reach yet. I think that we will know everything bound to this universe, but as to whether or not we will know everything religion wise...No, simply because so many religions have an after life, and the only way to see if that is real is to die, and there will be no point in knowing everything if your dead.

In Buddhism, it is believed that when human die they would go to many different realm depend on their karma; their action and thoughts when they were alive.
It is believed there are six realms that our soul travels back and forth though each of our lives: Heaven, Asura, Human, Spirit, Animal, Hell. Depend on your karma you have caused in this life which will result in your reincarnation to your next live in the realm.
It depend on the realm you reincarnate to which will give you higher ability to know what's going on in your surroundings, or your past lives for that matters.
Higher the realm, higher the abilities and hense higher the understanding of everything. However if a soul is reincarnated to animal or hell realm, it is less likely the soul will know anything besides suffering to repay their sin in their past lives...

The answer is no. Even Jesus, after he resurrected didn't know when the end of the world would be. Just concentrate on what you would like to know. That is what you will discover.

it depends....
you can connect to the one life essence that is in all things, hence you could know any and everything you ever wanted to know, but most likely you would want to continue experiencing life in a physical body and that means not knowing all there is to know
it's whatever you choose

If you knew everything, would you know that you knew everything?
Don't know, because I only know enough to know that I don't know.
