It sounds like you have a major problem of communication between you and your mother. If you can't tell her, I suggest you pick an older female family member that you trust and talk to her (an aunt, older sister, older cousin,...etc). She will, naturally, tell your mother. This way you can talk with no shyness and ask all the questions you want and get all the answers you deserve to get. Celebrate your womanhood, girl. Never be shy of something natural. It's a point of strength, not weakness.

Well it's not like your mom's going to be shocked and upset with you (unless she's mental, like my mom was). She went through it all too. So just go up to her and say, "Hey mom! Remember when you grew boobs? Well guess what! Me too!" If she's mental, don't even bother. The ensuing actions will cause painful memories that lead to years of expensive therapy.
