Texas Chainsaw Massacre because years before it came out I saw an episode of Unsolved Mysteries (the movie is based on an actual case). The actual movie with Jessica Biel wasn't scary, it was really gory, but the scary part about it is that they never caught the guy.

Wrong Turn scared the bejeebers out of me. Especially the scene when Eliza Dushku is there in the house and the killers bring her dead friends bodies in the house and start hacking them up and stuff. I have always found the woods to be kind of creepy anyway and then the idea of being stuck in them while serial killers are after you...well needless to say I haven't been camping in awhile.

I didn't go see it because the book was the creepiest thing I ever read. Stephen King's "Pet Cemetary".
