A lot depends on your definition of "reasonable". Have stayed in 2 hotels that are reasonable/inexpensive for my wife and I, both in a great location. The Regence and the Acanthe. If you plan to be in Nice for a week suggest you rent an apartment.

I do not know of any particular ones, but I do have a warning. I studied in France last spring and went to Nice for spring break, looking for very cheap places to stay. I found one, but it was absolutely disgusting and in a very shady area. It is very important to do your research prior to booking. Hotels in France don't have the same standards as the U.S., so be sure that you obtain information about location, bathrooms (there was one for the entire floor!), and cleanliness (clumps of hair in the bed). Good luck!
