Yes, for two reasons: First, yogurt has soothing agents that provide better moisturising for your skin. Also, Yogurt has natural bacteria that provides cleaning properties without upsetting the natural PH balance.

It does works as well. Putting actual yogurt on your face is more like giving your face a more natural treatment. It is a cheaper and milder alternative I must say.

However I do prefer masks because they usually comes with added vitamin E and other minerals that can do your face good.

all the types of masks availab;e on sale majority of them conatins chemicals... using the actuall one or natural form of yogurt will work better than that

It's excellent. Eat whole milk yogurt(low fat has double sugar and maker you fat), but on your face use non-fat, so you don't clog the pores.
Yogurt is also best after sunburn.
