A blog is a web log. People who make a blog can share what happened during their day, political events, and almost anything that they want to post. Other people can post comments on what the author said. There are also websites where you can make a private blog, too.
To find a blog, just type in the web address. Sometimes the web address has the title of the blog (or the person's username, or whatever the person chooses) then a dot. After the dot is the name of the place that the author made the blog then .com.
You can also use search engines to find what you're looking for.

Blog is short for web log. It is a web site were the author(s) shares opinions, ideas and personal stories. Many allow visitors to add comments, etc. To get to a blog, you need to know it address just like any other web site.

in layman's term, it's more like a diary. it's up to you what you will put in it and who can view it.
