Just tell her that you will be responsible with it..my mom got mine done when i was 6 weeks old. But she won't let me get them peirced agian. She says that its a sin to pierce or mark on your body (permanant) it is in the Bible she said that when she had it done as a child to me that would have mad it her sin...not mine..if i get it done now it will be mine. So, just ask her why, and be polite about it lol

depends how old you are really
I mean over the age of 16 you can go get piercings without your moms permission (uk and canada) US is 18. But do you really want to go behind her back.. she is likely to get upset and may make you take the piercing out which will prove no use to anyone. You will have lost out on money and she will have lost trust with you.
The best thing to do is educate yourself about the piercing and about the risks. Tell your mom you want it, and explain to her why in a rational and mature way. She will probably say no. Make a fair deal with her, for example "If I still want it in 6 months and I get a B+ in my history class this term, then I can get it" may well work with most parents.
Your mom, even if you think she is wrong in this case, does have your best interests in mind. As such, you need to show her that the piercing you want isn't a symptom of drug use (hey, shes old) and that you're a "good kid" who knows what they're doing and can be trusted to make the right choices.
If your mom agrees to this then from my point of view, having your parents come along to the studio is by far the best option for a minor, and I'm sure that for many parents, seeing the level of cleanliness that a professional piercing studio works at will be very reassuring. The studio will be glad to show and explain to your mom how their sterilisation process works as well as any other questions she might have (and if the studio can't answer these questions, avoid them!).

But do u want another piercing other than the regular ones in your ear lobs? Or you don't have you're ears pierced at all?
Either way, you'll have to wait until you've reached your 18 yo or 21 or find another adult that can sign the authorization in the piercing place or just sit and talk seriously with your mother and explain your reasons in the better way possible.

I know how you feel. I have had my ears pierced since I was little, and when I turned 17 I asked my mom to get the 2 piercing on my ear. She freaked. So I asked her if my Godmother could take me because I bugged her enough to get them done. She agreed, but she was also mad at me for a while. Explain to her that you are old enough to get them done, and if she wont take you see if someone else in your family will.

All you can do is talk to her about it! Or be bold and go get it done on your own. I know you have to be a certain age without a parent... but you can pierce them yourself. When I was about 13, I got a ear piercing gun from Walgreens to put in a second hole. Well, my mom did it for me. But they are just these one use things, they are cheap too. But I used it to pierce my ear, and it didn't hurt either. It's safe and legal and everything. I mean, if you do that, then what is your mom going to do? Make you take them out? So... that's an idea... of course don't want to get you in any trouble or anything. Just talk to your mom! Good luck!

What is her reason for not letting you? It sounds silly to me. My daughter ears have been pierced since she was 6 months old. You need to have a rational conversation with her and discuss the good and the bad about doing it. Maybe you can bring her around.

My Mom's rule was that I had to wait until I was 13 and old enough to take care of the piercings properly. If I let them get infected, I was in BIG trouble!

Tell your mom you feel old enough to get your ears pierced and tell her you will take very good care of your ears. Tell her that some girls that are only 10, like my sister, have there ears pireced twice.

Listen to your mom. She knows what's best for you.
You can try clip ons to create the illusion that you have your ears pierced.
However, i agree. Every girl wants her ears pierced.
