Ya know.. this is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves.. but I see it ALL the time because I live in Minnesota.. and here people LOVE to break out short the first day it's over 35 degrees here.. then they will wear them with a jacket or sweater.. it's like DUDE, it's COLD- just hang in until spring..

Ik in summer i do this a little bit at camp it is a lil chilly out at night sometimes but you dont feel like wearing long pants so a small sweater feels fine or the person prob. has a cold or is sick

well i have a problem where i am cold most of the time, but my legs feel ok. its always my arms that are cold. and if my arms are tan and my legs arent, i'll wear a jacket to cover up my arms so they dont out tan my legs! :)

beucz they wanted to have a short jaket. but could find one so they put on a short and a jaket
