I want to wear a poofy blue skirt [with tulle] with pants underneath to the county faire today. Can I still go on rides? I can not decide if the tulle will tear or something. (Yes, I know what an idiotic question this may seem to be.)

Wear shorts...you won't have to worry about the skirt getting caught in anything, and you won't be hot as wearing jeans. If you do wear jeans, wear a lighter top, like a tank top.

If your country or place is not conservative yopu can do such thins but pls wear a short pant shorter than your skirt to protect your private parts!who cares,you are now living in a modern life!Be yourself but dont let others abused you!

you can wear a skirt to the fair but dont expect to have a good time going on rides. the whole time you will be worried about your skirt flying up.

Loose the skirt...even if your trying to empress someone! You wont be impressing anybody if your skirt flies up in the middle of the ride!

wear what u want to, but don't be embarrassed when ur skirt flies up, i'd go with jeans or shorts and a tank top or tee shirt.
