I was going to say the United States, and specifically Idaho or some smaller towns in Utah, but there was a sad story on the news last night near Boise, Idaho that just changed my mind. You can find good places all over the world, but it's up to the people to decide what level they want to live on and how to maintain the peace by respecting those around them.

I believe Switzerland has the lowest crime rate due to the requirement that all males 18 and up must serve the military for 2 years, and at the end of that time keep their firearm.

If you arm all citizens, there wouldn't be so many crimes
