Look in the mirror to see what you saw. Take the saw and cut the table in half. Two halves make a whole, so climb out through the hole!

If he has no windows or doors, that does not mean that the openings for them are not there. Hence, he just walks out the door openings or crawls out the window openings whichever he desires.
