I would say Cheyenne Kimball. I saw her 4 yrs ago in that talent show and i don't know why it took so long for her to make and come out with her record. With so many songs she's written it shouldn't have taken so long in my opinion. But she was twelve then, i remember she was 9, but they say twelve and she's 16 now. I just hope she keeps playing for a long time and i know her music will just get better and better.

depends on what you like.
i like the arctic monkeys, angels and airwaves and the academy is... (they're somewhat new)
there are other amazing new bands, those are just the ones that came to mind
