Ever since I had Norton Antivirus it's been doing this It goes like this "Windows cannot find(then there's these 5 boxes)make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file,click the start button and search". It happened when I tried to reinstall Norton Antivirus.

Go to Start Menu, click RUN.
Type msconfig and hit enter.
You should see a pop up box.
Go to Startup tab and uncheck all the programs that you do not want on your start up.
This will prevent those programs from starting up when you restart windows.
This will usually make your computer go a little faster if you have do not have much memory on your computer.
You do not want a bunch of things running in your background during startup if it is not necessary.
Click on your name on this page under your avatar picture and go to your profile.

It sounds like your re-install had problems. Use the add / remove programs within windows to un-install Norton. The do a search for any file that has Norton as part of the name. Thisincludes hidden files as well. Do the re-install again and watch to make sure they aren't any error messages on install.

on ur yahoo toolbar the second picture click on the arrow pointing down and then u click on the enable pop up blocker it will say some thing like that

hijackthis is the best program out there to get rid of that stuff..
it does a scan of your pc and tells you what runs with windows..
gives you the list and then you can pick to stop whatever you don't want to run with windows..
it's not hard to use and it's free
you'll find it at download.com hijack this
