http://www.fullbooks.com/ - Free, but don't know if they have harleqin, they have a large database of books.

http://www.blish.com/Search/SearchResults.aspx?category=15%7cText&search|632871425536723160=harlequin This one charges for the e-books and there are harlequin

There are others but they don't have harlequin on them, the ones that I am aware of that is, although there may be more out there.

Try visiting one of these sites:

http://www.writerspace.com

http://www.accessromance.com

Both are hubs for romance authors and readers of romance books.

if you own a lot of paperbacks, join paperbackswap.com. they have tons of harelquins. it's free to join, and your first three books are free once you list 9 paperbacks. it's awsome for anyone that likes to read.
