how can I create a web page for my children that are 12 and 10 yrs old? Also, I need to block out adult sites.

I would like to create a web site that is only used for kids by kids, to keep them from browsing into the adults sites that should be blocked.

Well, crafty kids can ger around almost any filter. But, on the sites, I'd go with Google Page creator, or blogger.

u can enable the content supervisor by using a password so tat ur kids cant browse anything which contains adult content.

or u can goto preferences jus under the yahoo search box and click on a filter to disable adult content

well first of all, u should use parantal control on da internet, period! put wateva. anyway, i think u should go to www.xanga.com , it's kinda lame, GOOD 4 UR KID TO USE!!! u could add features lik pics or videos on ur kid's webpage, but u have to know da websites to da pages dat let u do dat! well so yea!
