I'm trying to write down "16 military wives" by the decemberists and much to my shame i can't work out the rhythm in the first sung bar, the bit which sings "sixteen military wives". i don't know what's wrong with me!! help would be appreciated, best answer gets best answer.

Do you mean the whole "Military wives, his tears drip down to ten little eye" Or the "Sixteen military wives thirty-two softly focused brightly colored eyes" Not sure on what you want.
