There are a lot of great articles and information on how stress can effect sleep at ( http://www.reducingstress.net ). there are also many tips for solving the problem. Also, there is a link to the stresseraser which is a great biofeedback device that can help you get to sleep.

they say that women who are intellegent get sleep because they are organized and dont think about the next day the opposit is for men! But im not saying you not intelligent ornot organized cuz i dont know you.just chill and try to list the things you need to do!

Between 3 and 4AM is when hormone levels peak in human beings. Ever wonder why some guys wake up with a...well...a stiffy around 4AM?

not real sure what you're asking but maybe you are stressed out and should start your day with exercie just like some simple stretching for 15-20min. every morning and that should help

did you go away recently check you watch it might be going off and it might get you out of that REM peroid of sleep .
