suffering from iritus( severe eye infection) and am now using steroid drops from the hospital.ive niticed that bmy hair has turned to candyfloss and ive lost a few inches here and there.could the steroid do this??

No steroid drops shouldn't do that
You should get checked by your physician to see if there is a common cause for your iritis and the brittleness of your hair.

The drops won't do that to you. A lot of time iritis or uveitis can be caused by an auto-immune disease. If your doctor thinks it is serious enough, he may want to do some blood work to see if you have inflamation in another part of your body that is causing the inflamation in your eye to flare up. Ask your doctor.
