wrestler-THE ROCK-he definitely had the moves.
but when it comes to actual fighting Mick Foley is one crazy s.o.b. he may not have the technique but he got the guts. I'm gonna have to go with Mick Foley even tho Rock is one of my favorites.

Since you asked about wrestling, I would have to Mick Foley.
The Rock is awesome, but he does use his looks as well as his talents to make money, so he does not wrestle as strenuously as to not hurt his face, where as Mick is not worried about that and wrestles away.
