how can you make your own codes to put music on something??

Like i want to put a song on neopets but how do i make the code??

You dont make a code. You can just download a song or music from a software like http://www.limewire.com or http://www.itunes.com and you can put the song in the html page.

Does neopets let you use your own music? Do they let you upload it? You can only have a song on a webpage if you make your own webpage or if the website lets you upload music to it or lets you create your own webpage.
